Getting started with Cookies & Creamery is simple. Once you join the herd, you’ll have ongoing access to fresh, farmstead dairy products and a weekly pickup rhythm that fits your family.
Step 1: Join the Herd
Start by purchasing your one-time herdshare membership.

• Required before purchasing any dairy products
• Quick and easy to complete online
Once you’ve joined, you’re officially part of the herd and can begin ordering milk based on availability. PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing our herdshare membership you are agreeing to the terms in our Cookies & Creamery Herdshare agreement.
Step 2: Check Your Email for Access
After purchasing your membership, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to login to your member hub on our website and get started. The member hub will give you:
• Links to access the shop
• Instructions for placing your order
• Important details about pickup and availability

Step 3: Place Your Milk Order
Once you have access, you can begin ordering your milk.
• Choose how many shares (half gallons) you’d like
• Select your pickup day
• Order based on weekly availability
Milk is released in limited quantities each day, so once spots fill up, ordering will close for that day.
Step 4: Pick Up at the Farmstand
Stop by the farmstand on your selected pickup day to grab your milk.

BY PURCHASING A HERDSHARE MEMBERSHIP, YOU ARE LEGALLY AGREEING TO OUR HERDSHARE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Membership must be purchased before ordering milk
You will not be charged the membership fee more than once
Milk is available in limited quantities and may sell out
Orders must be placed in advance through the shop
Pickup is required at the farmstand
